A signature new-hire experience

Your learning begins before you walk in the door. On-boarding starts with a 3-day pre-service training and continues with robust 4-day on-job training experiences during your orientation—all designed to set you up for success.  In the first 90 days after you joint our firm, we will provided you with a comprehensive set of education program that includes  job responsibilities, professional knowledge, and our business processes to meet your learning and development needs.

Continuing learning

We offer continuing development and training programs that go beyond the on-boarding learning. In the first year, each and every China XD Plastics employee will receive varies training courses that related to his/her work, with total number of hours no less than 1,370 hours. For many years, the company has trained a large number of experienced talents in research and development, manufacturing, managing and marketing, which in return provides lifeblood to the excellent management team.

  • March 2006, China XD invited the management consulting company to train employees in learning systemic management information.

  • December 2008, the Science Advisory Board trained all the R&D and technical staff in learning systemic research and development in the new field.
