Providing full product design service to our customer
Background:
One of our clients had gained the right to produce a scratch-resistant panel
component for a new car model. It had bought injection molding machine,
opened the mold, and selected several modified plastics for testing. After
repeated experiments, the final products always had a warpage problem.
If it could not solve this problem on time, it could lose its right to supply this
product and run the risk of been fine by the car maker. At this time, our company
had learned this situation and entered a collaboration agreement with our client
to help it to solve its problem.
Results:
Through our technical services, our client was able to secure the auto
manufacturer’s orders.
