Background:
One of our company's customers makes products (front and rear bumper parts)
for a car model for Hafei Auto. While the front bumper components were fully
complied with loading requirements, the rear bumpers had high reject-rate and
couldn’t be fit properly. Customer could not resolve the problem themselves and
asked us for help.
Results:
We helped our customer reduced the rejection rate, eliminated compliance from
automobile assembly plant, and avoided additional cost of a new mold.
