China XD’s factory is equipped with world class automatic production lines, central control system developed with its own proprietary technology. It has achieved high automation level in raw material feeding, formulation, mixing, extrusion, cutting and drying processes.

The Company’s unique production process reflects throughout the production process including measuring and blending, plasticizing and extrusion, cooling and cutting, and homogenizing and packing.
