Management Team

China XD’s core management team has extensive experience in the industry of modified plastics for automotive application. The Company has more than 56 years of combined industry experience in technology, manufacturing, marketing, management, and M&A.

Jie Han, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer 

Mr. Han founded Harbin Xinda Nylon Factory in 1985 and co-founded Xinda in 2004. With 25 years of industry experience, Mr. Han is an expert in the modified plastic industry. He currently serves as executive director of China’s Plastic Processing Industry Association, as an outstanding entrepreneur at the industry of modified plastics, and as director of the Heilongjiang Industry Commerce Association. In addition, Mr. Han serves as a deputy to Harbin’s Municipal People’s Congress and Chinese outstanding Director of Commercial Chamber. 

Taylor Zhang - Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Zhang is a native of Harbin and has over eight years of professional experience in finance and operations in a broad range of industries. Prior to joining China XD in May 2009, Mr. Zhang served as CFO of Advanced Battery Technologies, Inc (Nasdaq: ABAT) between May 2008 and March 2009. He served as Executive Vice President of Finance for China Natural Gas (Nasdaq: CHNG) from July 2007 to May 2008. Prior to this, he served as a Financial Analyst of New York Private Equity covering early-stage companies of multiple industries with focus on the energy sector. From 2000 to 2002, he was employed as Finance Manager by Datong Thermal Power Limited. Mr. Zhang holds an MBA degree in Finance from the University of Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Electronic Engineering from Beijing Technology and Business University. 

Qingwei Ma, Chief Operating Officer

Appointed as Chief Operating Officer in 2008, Mr. Ma had been General Manager of Xinda Macromolecule from 2004 to 2008, during which Mr. Ma led the successful establishment of the Company’s sales network, building a comprehensive system for ensuring effective and efficient purchasing, production, marketing and other functions. Prior to joining Xinda, Mr. Ma worked for Harbin Xinda Nylon Factory, the Company’s predecessor, for 6 years. Mr. Ma has 12 years of experience in the modified plastics industry.  Awarded the Heilongjiang First Professional Manager Qualification Certificate in 2004， Board member of Beijing University of chemical technology currently

Junjie Ma, Chief Technology Officer 

Mr. Ma has over 12 years of experience in the modified plastic industry. He successfully established the research institute and helped the Company to gain more than 100 certifications from Chinese auto makers, the largest number of certifications among Chinese companies. He has organized and formed a world-class scientific advisory team and maintains close collaborative relationships with China’s macromolecule well-known science R&D institutes and universities. As a result, Mr. Ma effectively helps the Company take full advantage of state-of-the-art R&D devices and top talent to maintain the institute’s leading position in China,.
